Mike Kent and Associates, LLC (“MK Shows,” “we,” “us”) operates MKShows.com. This policy explains what information the site collects and how it is used.

What we collect

Mailing list. If you sign up for show alerts, we keep the name, email address, and show preferences you give us. We use them only to send you news about our shows. We do not sell, rent, or share the list with anyone.

Email and phone. If you email or call us, we keep your message so we can reply and, if you are a dealer, keep track of your table reservation.

Dealer registration. Registration forms are mailed to us on paper. The information on them (name, company, address, phone, email, badge names) is used to reserve tables, issue badges, and contact you about the show.

Browsing. This site does not use tracking cookies of its own and does not run advertising. Our web host records standard server logs (the address of your computer, the pages you view, and the time) for security and to keep the site running.

Third-party services

Some pages embed content from other companies, which may set their own cookies when the content loads: maps from Google Maps and typefaces from Google Fonts. Their privacy policies govern that data. Links to Facebook, Instagram, and hotels take you to those companies’ sites.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from show alerts at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. You may ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it.
